Takes about 5 minutes. Requires a HomeTogether device, and you can add this now or anytime later. Everything you share stays private with their care team.

Your care coordinator will call within one business day to lock in exact visit times with a consistent caregiver. Those become your loved one's standing times, same caregiver, same times, every weekday.

How should family calls answer?
Auto‑answer is best if using the remote is hard, all they do is look up and say hello.

5 Getting to know them

This is what turns a check‑in into a real visit. The more we know, the more every conversation feels like time with an old friend. Share whatever you'd like, all optional.

Why we ask: when a caregiver knows that Rose loves Patsy Cline, gardened for 40 years, and has a grandson named Eli in the Navy, that first visit isn't with a stranger, it's with someone who already cares about her world.
